  • originates from the Sanskrit word “yuj” which means “to join, to unite”.  And so Yoga is a science, method to realize the unity of mind, body & soul.
  • is an invitation to discover yourself. It is a tool to re-connect to the core of your being.
  • is a tool to practice presence, to be with that what is right now.

My classes are based on Hatha Yoga and include breath awareness, alignment and therapeutic cues, hands-on adjustments and self-reflection.
